If you want something done, just ask a woman, right? March 8 is International Women's Day and the perfect time to welcome Dr. Cynthia Bond Hopson to speak about “Womenfolk: Striving, Challenging, Leading the Way!”

Register via Zoom at: https://zoom.us/.../tJEoceGupjIsHNxvq_8nhJEBrwSPaHsH3mVk

During this Exhibition Exchange, you will be inspired to take a journey of self care, liberation and discovery. Dr. Bond Hopson's brand of uplift is just what the doctor ordered. She is a gifted storyteller using laughter and straight talk to joyfully move audiences from complacency to power.

Dr. Bond Hopson earned her B.A. in Mass Communications from Clark College (now Clark Atlanta University), an M.S. in Journalism from Murray State University, and her Ph.D., in Journalism from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. In 2017, she received a doctor of humane letters degree from the historic Bethune Cookman University, and in 2019, the Thurston Group of Washington State awarded her a lifetime achievement award for her commitment to higher education. She is a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the National Association of Black Journalists, and the NAACP.
